Update – it’s a wrap!
The 2022 Uplift Festival was a great success – you can catch up on the day here:
A celebration of digital innovation and learning, and an exploration of possibilities and potential.
The Festival will feature a range of hands-on, immersive activities, demonstrations, and showcase presentations to highlight both current practice and the innovation opportunities to explore through the Unit Uplift. Run across multiple streams, the program will include both synchronous sessions and open displays, so no matter when you’re able to drop in there will be plenty to explore.
Coffee, morning tea, and lunch will be provided.
The day will feature:
Technology demos
3D scanning, 360 cameras, the Igloo, VR headsets … and more.
Hands-on sessions
H5P, video editing, OLX rich media exam.
Presentations
3D printed anatomy models, Globe theatre model. 3D cells, Saumarez Homestead virtual walk-through, 3D used in teaching and outreach … and more.
Tours
Come and see the recording studios and the lightboard studio.
